What our customers think
Little movers and Shakers is fantastic. I take my 2.5 yr old daughter and my 8 month old son to different classes. There is a very relaxed feeling which helps the little ones feel comfortable to be themselves. The lady running the sessions is so so friendly and welcoming and the little ones love her. Definitely recommend!

We love our class on a Wednesday morning. Nelly is so good with the kids very patient and holds such fun interactive classes. Love the singing and dance moves. A bit of craft too which my son loves especially painting. Thanks Nelly for making it fun xx
-Joselyn Risoli-
My son really enjoys these classes. Since we joined we can see that he is beginning to interact more with other children and each week is becoming more involved in the class activities. Nelly runs a very safe, fun and friendly environment and is always great with the kids and the activities she produces. We always look forward to these classes.

Frequently asked questions
Sessions
What session would be best for my child?
Our age ranges are very flexible. Each child is an individual and develops at a different rate. Babies and toddlers move up to the next class when their parent and class leader think they're ready. Therefore for your child to get the best out of their Little Movers and Shakers experience, we offer three flexible, age-appropriate sessions:
- Peek-a-Boo Babies (birth to 12 mths)
- Tiny Caterpillars (10 mths - 24 mths - babies can move up to caterpillars before if ready)
- Soaring Butterflies (up to 3 years - again, caterpillars can move up to butterflies if ready)
Also, our sessions cover all the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
How do I book a session?
It's so easy! Contact your nearest school and the teacher will explain how to book.
When are the sessions run?
Classes are normally run during term time within school hours, but we also offer some Saturday and
Christmas classes.
How long are the sessions and how long is each term?
Your little one can concentrate for only a short time so we have action packed half hour classes with
lots of short duration activities and free playing after the class. So in total each class is an hour.
What happens if I miss a session?
That's not a problem - you can do a 'make-up class'. Just discuss this with your local Little Movers and
Shakers teacher.
Payments
How much are your sessions?
Our costs are very competitive and vary slightly depending on where you are in the country and also
what sort of payment plan you book e.g. pay as you go or direct debit (Typically a class can cost
between £5 and £8).
Do I have to enrol my child at the beginning of a term or are you flexible?
Yes, we are flexible, and you can enrol your child at any time during the term. You can be assured of a
warm welcome from us all whenever you join.
Do I have to pay for the whole term?
No, you have different payment options. Please ask your local teacher.
Reassurance
Can Dad/ grandparents/ friends come?
Yes, everyone is welcome to get involved in the child’s life, if parents are happy with this.
Can I bring along twins or triplets?
Yes, twins or triplets are very welcome to come along to our classes.
What if my child has additional needs?
We welcome every child in our classes and we recommend that you come along to see the incredible
benefits first-hand - our courses are suitable for everyone and they can provide enormous benefit to
each and every child.
What do I do if my baby falls asleep during class?
Don’t worry about this because your baby’s brain is active even when asleep. Research shows that
what they hear while they are asleep is still very important. Their brains will still be stimulated and
processing the sounds of the music and singing that they hear. Plus, you'll be having a great time in
class while they sleep!
What if my baby cries all session long?
It’s normal for babies to cry in the first few sessions, because they feel overwhelmed, so do not
worry about it at all.
